Answering the call just got easier.

The Challenge
Less is more for AT&T. The previous career site experience featured a lot of dynamic elements, varied layouts, carousels, and tabbed content that could make it harder for candidates to quickly find the information they needed. AT&T wanted a simpler, more streamlined experience that made content easier to discover and navigate for all users—while maintaining the visual connection to its corporate brand.

The Solution
We redesigned the AT&T career website with a cleaner, more intuitive approach, simplifying the layouts and navigation so important content was easier to find and engage with. We extended the refreshed experience across a wide range of recruitment touchpoints, including email campaigns, banner ads, out-of-home materials, and social media. Throughout the work, we maintained AT&T’s brand standards and carried the essence of its corporate digital experience into the recruitment journey. The redesigned experience delivered measurable results, increasing apply clicks by 45% and unique candidate visits by 20% after a year and a half.

Staying connected.

After creating the storyboard for the Early Careers “What’s Next” post, I worked with our video expert to bring it to life. Clear, concise next steps for new hires, and of course, on brand.

The evolution of previous brand explorations for posterity include banner ads, billboard ideas, and more.
